Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept Cash on Delivery and INSTAPAY transfer.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery available nationwide?
A: Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?
A: For hygiene reasons, accessories such as socks or undergarments (if introduced in future collections) are non-returnable. All other apparel and footwear are eligible.

Q: How do I care for suede and leather items?
A: We recommend specialist leather cleaning only. Avoid water exposure and store in a cool, dry place. Each jacket and pair of shoes comes with specific care guidelines inside the package.

Q: Are your jackets guaranteed?
A: Yes. All outerwear comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page includes a Size Guide with detailed measurements. If you’re unsure, contact us with your height and weight, and our team will guide you.

Q: Are your jeans true to size?
A: Yes, our jeans are designed for a true-to-size fit. For a slimmer look, choose your usual size; for a more relaxed fit, size up.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
